Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 9–14 business days, including hand-embroidered production time and shipping.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Exchanges are not available.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only, including payments via PayPal balance, bank account, or supported credit/debit cards.
