Cancel Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are hand-embroidered and made to order, please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order cancellation window
You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests submitted after 6 hours will not be accepted, and the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Made-to-order and customized items
All items are created specifically based on your order details. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations or refunds for requests made after the 6-hour cancellation window. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refund for successful cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Editing recipient information and shipping address
We understand that mistakes can happen. We are happy to assist with updating the recipient name or shipping address as long as the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier. Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to modify any delivery information.

How to request a cancellation or edit order information
To request a cancellation or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with the details of your request. All requests are handled based on the time they are received, and submitting a request does not guarantee approval if it falls outside the allowed timeframe.
